Role overview

Drive employee engagement, organizational alignment, and employer branding through internal communications connected to business objectives.

Plan and deliver internal and external events that strengthen company culture, stakeholder relationships, and brand presence.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Shape employee communications through campaigns, leadership messaging, and company-wide engagement initiatives.
  • Create employer-brand content and storytelling across digital platforms.
  • Lead internal and external events, including town halls, leadership visits, customer events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Advise senior leaders and stakeholders on communications for organizational initiatives, transformation, and change management.
  • Own projects end to end, including content, stakeholder engagement, budgets, vendors, logistics, and measuring success.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, or a related field, and 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Viva Engage, LinkedIn, and digital communication platforms.
  • Strong project and event management capabilities, with successful on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • Strategic, proactive, results-driven approach and ability to build trusted stakeholder partnerships.
