Role overview

How you’ll contribute

• Maintain accurate Salesforce opportunity, forecast, and account data in collaboration with front-end sales teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for sales metrics, forecasting, and planning.
• Prepare presentations on sales planning, pipeline status, and performance metrics for management reviews.
• Analyze pipeline trends, identify data gaps, and flag insights to sales teams.
• Gather updates from regional teams across countries and keep reporting timelines on track.
• Suggest improvements to sales processes and reporting tools.

Candidate requirements

• Recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset and basic understanding of engineering or technical concepts, including electrification, automation, and digitalization.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Salesforce or other CRM/dashboarding tools such as Power BI is advantageous.
• Attention to detail, commitment to data accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal English communication and a collaborative approach to multinational teamwork.
