Support regional Sales Management in the Electrification, Automation & Digitalization business area across the Middle East and Africa.
Maintain accurate sales data and dashboards and prepare reporting that supports sales forecasting and planning.
How you will contribute
- Maintain Salesforce data quality for opportunities, forecasts, and account information in collaboration with sales teams.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for sales metrics, regional forecasting, and planning.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations on planning, pipeline status, and performance for regional management reviews.
- Analyze pipeline trends, identify data gaps and inconsistencies, and flag insights to sales teams.
- Gather updates from regional teams across countries and keep reporting timelines on track.
- Suggest more efficient sales processes and reporting tools.
What you bring
- Recently completed bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset and basic understanding of engineering or technical concepts related to electrification, automation, and digitalization.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; exposure to Salesforce or other CRM and dashboarding tools such as Power BI is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English and a collaborative approach to multinational teamwork.
