Experienced Site Inspector supporting fit-out project inspection, supervision and delivery.

Responsibilities
- Inspect fit-out works for compliance with drawings, specifications, building requirements and industry standards; complete inspections on schedule.
- Supervise on-site fit-out activities from mobilisation through completion and check contractor work against approved documents and engineering practices.
- Coordinate contractor schedules; conduct daily inspections and report progress, quality issues, violations and corrective actions.
- Inspect and coordinate MEP work; witness CHW, fire-fighting and domestic-water pressure tests, air balancing and electrical Megger testing.
- Coordinate temporary power with FM during mobilisation; monitor material movement, use and wastage.
- Protect client assets and existing facilities; perform snagging and monitor closure of outstanding items.
- Notify contractors of findings and required corrective actions; coordinate permit renewals and safety requirements with HSE.
- Work with engineers, contractors and stakeholders; recommend improvements to fit-out inspection and quality-control processes.
- Perform other project-related duties assigned by management.
Candidate profile
- Hands-on experience in fit-out site inspection, tenant fit-out projects, civil and MEP coordination, and site supervision.
- Experience checking drawing and specification compliance; HVAC/CHW, fire-fighting, plumbing and domestic-water systems.
- Experience with pressure testing, air balancing, electrical Megger testing, snagging and final inspections.
- Experience coordinating contractors, controlling materials, complying with HSE/permits, and preparing daily site and progress reports.
- Commercial buildings, retail/F&B fit-out, high-rise, mixed-use or facilities-management experience is particularly relevant.
