Oversee tenant fit-out projects in DIFC, Dubai, from initial coordination through execution, inspection, and project close-out.
Project delivery and compliance
- Manage tenant fit-out projects from initiation through completion and coordinate landlords, tenants, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure work complies with DIFC requirements, approved designs, fit-out guidelines, applicable regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct inspections, project reviews, quality checks, and weekly site walks; monitor work against submitted programmes and agreed milestones.
- Prepare and issue retail delivery milestones in accordance with lease requirements.
- Supervise fit-out works and contractors, and lead and guide the fit-out team.
- Oversee or prepare Lease Outline Drawings, Tenant Fit-Out Manuals, and Logistics Manuals.
- Conduct fit-out induction meetings for tenants and contractors.
- Manage technical records and project documentation for close-out.
- Communicate progress, milestones, risks, issues, and changes to the landlord; prepare progress reports and lead weekly update meetings.
Candidate profile
- Strong experience in tenant fit-out, retail delivery, and fit-out project management.
- Experience in landlord and tenant coordination, contractor and consultant management, inspections, compliance, scheduling, and milestone tracking.
- Experience with project documentation and close-out, stakeholder management, progress reporting, presentations, and team coordination.
- Experience in premium commercial developments, retail environments, mixed-use properties, shopping destinations, or large-scale property/facilities management would be particularly relevant.
