Manage on-site installation and execution of joinery and fitout works.
Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules and specifications.
Key accountabilities
- Supervise joinery and fitout installation in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate foremen and subcontractors on daily site activities.
- Inspect completed works, identify and rectify defects and snags, and check delivered materials against quality requirements.
- Track project schedule progress, report delays, propose recovery plans, and prepare daily and weekly reports for the Project Manager.
- Enforce site health and safety rules, conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings, and report incidents and near-misses.
- Coordinate with MEP, civil, and other trades to resolve conflicts and manage material requests and deliveries.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Minimum 3–5 years of site experience in joinery, fitout, or construction.
- Knowledge of joinery installation methods, materials, and finishing standards.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work on construction sites.
