Role purpose
Develop and maintain project programmes for Innovo MEP projects, track progress, and identify schedule risks to support timely delivery.
Programme development and monitoring
- Develop and maintain detailed programmes in Primavera P6 or MS Project; update them with actual progress and re-baseline as required.
- Track progress against baseline and identify critical path delays and risks.
- Conduct site walks with engineers to verify reported progress against installation status.
Reporting and delay analysis
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, and look-ahead schedules.
- Issue programme compliance reports highlighting slippage to the Planning Manager and Project Manager.
- Support delay analysis and EOT claim preparation with the commercial team; maintain delay event registers and supporting programme evidence.
Stakeholder coordination and improvement
- Coordinate programme submissions and approvals with consultants and main contractors.
- Obtain subcontractor progress updates and incorporate them into the master programme.
- Introduce tools and processes that improve efficiency and transparency; encourage cost reduction without compromising quality.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 4–6 years of planning experience in MEP or construction projects.
- Strong Primavera P6 proficiency.
