Showroom Manager

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Manage showroom sales performance and daily operations and achieve individual, showroom, and group sales targets.
• Lead, guide, motivate, and support sales staff to achieve their targets.
• Monitor enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, sales conversions, and team activities.
• Develop new customers, contractors, projects, and business opportunities and convert them into sales.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and key accounts and conduct customer and project visits.
• Follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries, and customer payments.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, accounts, and management.
• Monitor stock availability, pricing, fast-moving products, customer requirements, competitors, and product developments.
• Introduce ideas to improve sales, customer service, showroom operations, and market reach.
• Provide sales, customer development, and market reports to management.

Candidate Requirements

• At least two years of relevant experience in UAE building materials sales or showroom management is required.
• A relevant graduate qualification is required.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, especially MEP products, is required.
• Sales team management experience is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, leadership, target-achievement, communication, and customer relationship skills are required.
• Knowledge of the UAE building materials market and project sales is required.
• Good computer and ERP/system handling knowledge is required.
• A valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.

Language Requirements

• English, Hindi, and Malayalam are required.
• Arabic is an added advantage.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary is AED 4,000 to AED 7,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.
• Other benefits are provided according to UAE Labour Law.

Work Location

• The role involves work on the road, including customer and project visits.
