Key responsibilities
- Maintain employee files, HR records, organization charts, and job descriptions; coordinate recruitment, interviews, onboarding, probation reviews, and exits.
- Monitor attendance, leave, shifts, overtime, and monthly payroll inputs; develop HR policies, procedures, forms, and approval workflows.
- Coordinate performance reviews, training plans, and development activities; handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary documentation confidentially.
- Track employment documents, insurance records, and renewal deadlines; prepare monthly HR reports and support manpower planning across departments.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and 3–4 years of relevant HR generalist experience.
- Strong knowledge of employee documentation, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and HR reporting.
- Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills; integrity, professionalism, confidentiality, and ability to work independently across multiple locations.
- UAE HR experience and knowledge of UAE employment practices are strongly preferred; experience in trading, MEP, construction, or industrial sectors is an advantage.
