Driver role based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, delivering building materials.
Minimum one year of driving experience is stated; building materials delivery experience is preferred.
Driving and deliveries
- Safely operate light vehicles and 3-ton pickups to deliver building materials to customers and project sites.
- Load and unload materials and verify them against invoices or delivery notes.
- Keep delivery records and obtain customer acknowledgments.
Vehicle and store duties
- Maintain vehicle condition and cleanliness and monitor fuel.
- Follow UAE traffic regulations and company safety standards.
- Assist with store operations when not on delivery duty.
- Report vehicle issues and delivery delays to the store supervisor.
Qualifications
- Hold a valid UAE manual driving license for light vehicles and 3-ton pickups.
- Have at least one year of driving experience in the UAE.
- Basic understanding of building materials is preferred.
- Know Abu Dhabi routes and industrial areas, including Musaffah and M9.
- Be punctual and responsible, communicate well with customers, and handle delivery paperwork.
