A pre-owned showroom manager oversees automotive sales, develops sales strategies, and works to meet dealership sales targets.
Sales leadership and strategy
- Lead and supervise the sales team, set targets, review performance, coach employees, and hold regular sales meetings.
- Implement sales strategies, monitor market trends and customer needs, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing on promotions and campaigns, and maintain key client and business-partner relationships.
Training and sales process
- Train and mentor sales consultants in product knowledge, sales techniques, and dealership processes.
- Improve the sales process, ensure staff follow procedures, and use CRM and sales-tracking best practices.
Customer, inventory, and compliance
- Monitor customer satisfaction, address complaints, and uphold customer-service standards.
- Coordinate with the inventory team to optimize stock and ensure suitable vehicle availability.
- Ensure sales activities adhere to legal, ethical, regulatory, and OEM standards.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Coordinate with finance, service, parts, and other dealership departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
Candidate requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of proven automotive volume-brand sales experience in the UAE market.
- Team management experience is required.
- Strong customer-service background and excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Fluency in Arabic is highly preferable.
