SAP VSS Sales Consultant
Role Overview

Role overview
Lead design, implementation, and support of vehicle sales processes within SAP S/4HANA Automotive solutions.
Deliver end-to-end vehicle sales functionality, including lead-to-order, vehicle availability, pricing, order processing, billing, and delivery.
Coordinate with business stakeholders, implementation partners, SAP teams, and external vendors including Proaxia and Salesforce vendors.
Functional and process management
- Lead end-to-end SAP VSS Sales implementation and conduct workshops to gather and validate business requirements.
- Define processes for lead-to-order, vehicle availability and allocation, pricing and discounts, order processing, billing, and delivery.
- Align processes with SAP best practices and support optimization and standardization.
Configuration and solution design
- Configure SAP VSS/DBM functionality for vehicle master data, sales orders, pricing procedures, availability checks, campaigns, and promotions.
- Coordinate with SAP SD, MM, and FI modules; support sales-related Fiori applications.
- Collaborate with technical teams on enhancements and WRICEF objects.
Integration management
- Manage integrations with Salesforce CRM, dealer management systems, payment gateways, DocuSign, Doxis, and other enterprise platforms.
- Define and validate data flows, interface mappings, and integration points across systems.
Testing, deployment, and support
- Drive SIT and UAT, including test case preparation, defect management, business validation, and sign-off.
- Support migration and validation of vehicle, customer, and pricing data; participate in cutover planning and go-live execution.
- Provide post-go-live hypercare and support issue tracking, resolution, and continuous improvement.
Coordination and governance
- Coordinate implementation partners and collaborate with business, IT, and integration teams.
- Report progress, risks, and dependencies; align delivery with project timelines and governance standards.
- Maintain process and configuration documents, test scenarios, and results; support compliance with quality standards.
Required experience
- Strong expertise in automotive sales processes and SAP VSS/DBM solutions.
- Experience in complex, multi-system transformation programmes.
- Ability to coordinate with business stakeholders, implementation partners, SAP functional and technical teams, and external partners.
