Assists customers in purchasing new and used vehicles through product guidance, test drives, sales negotiation, and transaction completion.
The role is expected to meet sales targets and provide strong customer service.
Customer interaction and sales
- Greet customers, understand their needs, and explain vehicle specifications, features, and technical aspects.
- Conduct test drives and discuss vehicle performance and maintenance.
- Explain financing, warranties, and service packages; negotiate prices and sale terms; prepare contracts.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams on payment and paperwork.
- Follow up with prospective customers and work toward monthly and annual sales targets.
Service, records, and showroom
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and build relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Complete sales documents accurately, verify credit application information, and keep records of customer interactions.
- Keep the showroom and vehicles presentable, arrange vehicle displays, and assist with promotional materials.
Market knowledge and compliance
- Stay informed about vehicle models, features, technologies, market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Share feedback on customer preferences and market demand with management.
- Follow company policies, OEM standards, procedures, and applicable legal and ethical sales standards.
Requirements

- Maintain knowledge of vehicle models, features, and technologies.
- Follow company policies, OEM standards, procedures, and industry regulations in sales practices.
