Attend to guest tables and maximize sales through exceptional, professional, and efficient customer service.
Support guest satisfaction through timely service and attention to customer needs.
Guest service and sales
- Provide knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and efficient service to guests.
- Know menu items and describe and recommend products.
- Anticipate guest needs and check whether guests require assistance.
- Use upselling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.
- Handle guest complaints and queries satisfactorily.
Service operations
- Take and process guest orders accurately and promptly.
- Monitor the quality of shisha being served.
- Prepare guest bills, receive payments, and issue receipts through authorized methods.
- Prepare the assigned section using the opening checklist and briefing instructions.
- Set up and clear tables and turn them around promptly.
- Complete side work during and at the end of each shift.
- Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage, and follow health and safety practices.
- Carry out additional tasks as instructed by management.
Job specification
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in hospitality or the Food & Beverage field.
- Good working knowledge of a POS system.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer-service and upselling skills.
- Pleasant and professional personality and ability to work under pressure.
Pay
- AED 3,000–3,500 per month.

- Work is in person.
