Deliver orders from the assigned pass section to guests' tables quickly and accurately, with professional and efficient service.
Service and restaurant support
- Deliver orders and other guest requests efficiently and accurately; assist servers on the floor as needed.
- Set up and replenish condiment stands, trash-container liners, and bus stations; help prepare tables with tableware, utensils, and decorations.
- Clean and reset tables for new guests and maintain settings by clearing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling water, and responding to special needs.
- Provide friendly, professional service, anticipate guest needs, and know menu items well enough to describe and recommend them.
- Minimize wastage, breakage, and spoilage; follow health and safety practices and complete additional tasks assigned by management.
Job specification
- Prior experience in the same role in hospitality or the food-and-beverage field.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Good customer-service and guest-relations skills.
- Pleasant, professional manner and ability to work under pressure.
Pay
- AED 2,500–2,800 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
