The role supports service operations, coordination, customer support, and administration in a technical service environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage service work orders through ERP or CRM systems; create, update, and close them promptly.
- Coordinate material releases and service documentation; process gate pass and site access requests.
- Monitor tools and equipment records.
- Track invoice submissions and support payment follow-ups.
- Prepare service performance reports, including KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Process purchase orders for service activities.
- Coordinate with technicians, customers, and internal departments to support smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in service coordination, customer service, or operations support.
- Experience in HVAC, engineering, maintenance, facilities management, or a related industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system; Salesforce or CRM experience is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles and operational processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills; able to multitask, work under pressure, and manage priorities.
