Project Manager - Network Losses

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end supply-chain and operational processes.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes, and loss-reduction opportunities.
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement related to shrinkage, damages, fulfillment-center losses, concessions, and other operational waste.
• Standardize metrics, SOPs, and operational processes across multiple markets.
• Lead implementation of operational and product solutions that eliminate losses and improve performance.
• Partner with Operations, Transportation, Product, Customer Service, Safety and Loss Prevention, and Business teams.
• Track impact, measure results, and present recommendations to leadership.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of people management and performance management experience.
• 1+ years of experience in process improvement, performance metrics, Lean methodologies, or operational excellence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing projects and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays when required.

Preferred background

• Experience in supply chain operations, logistics and transportation, fulfillment or warehouse operations, operations excellence or Lean programs, process improvement, program management, e-commerce operations, or inventory control and loss prevention is preferred.

Contract term
