Role Overview

Treasury Operations and Reconciliation

• Oversee daily reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Validate transactions, balances, and asset movements across accounts and entities.
• Manage internal and external asset transfers and optimize balance sheet structure and asset positioning.

Asset Management and Controls

• Establish reporting frameworks for multi-entity asset and position management and ensure accurate entity- and group-level reporting.
• Monitor exposure, liquidity, and allocation across jurisdictions and accounts.
• Design treasury procedures, define security standards and internal controls, and establish risk management frameworks.
• Improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Fund Flows and Collaboration

• Manage secure, efficient, and compliant fund flows across entities and systems; monitor liquidity readiness and operational capacity.
• Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks.
• Map product and entity fund flows and translate operational needs into product requirements.
• Collaborate with product, finance, compliance, and engineering teams on business launches and system enhancements.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience in treasury operations, financial operations, or asset management.
• Experience managing large-scale funds and multi-account structures, including multi-currency processing in complex operational environments.

Core Skills

• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, reconciliation, and balance sheet management.
• Understanding of fund flow management in banking systems or financial institutions.
• Hands-on experience with multi-currency fund operations and cross-entity fund movements.
• Experience in financial reporting and structured data analysis; ability to optimize processes, controls, and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with both fiat and crypto asset management is preferred.
• Banking systems, fintech, or regulated financial institution background is preferred.
• Understanding of safeguarding, internal controls, audit, and reporting frameworks is preferred.

Language and Technical Skills

• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Mandarin is a strong advantage; additional European languages are a plus.
• Excel, SQL, or similar data processing and analysis tools are preferred.
