Leads UX/UI design for crypto trading products and applies qualitative research across the process from problem identification to solution delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead UX/UI design for crypto trading products across web and mobile.
- Plan and conduct user interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
- Turn research findings into actionable design solutions and product recommendations.
- Work with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to balance business and user experience goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Design, HCI, or a UX-related field; overseas study experience is preferred.
- 3–5 years of UI/UX design or user research experience with end-to-end project involvement.
- Excellent Chinese and English communication and ability to present clear, actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Figma, AI, and mainstream research and analytics tools.
- Strong product thinking and interaction design, business-context understanding, and independent design solution development.
- Passion for or experience in financial trading, cryptocurrency, blockchain, or Web3 is preferred.
- Growth design or AI-related design experience is a plus.
Additional preferred experience
- Crypto or trading product research or design experience is desirable.
- A portfolio demonstrating how research insights drove design outcomes is desirable.
