About the role
Bybit is seeking an Asset Operation Expert for its local finance and operations team.
The role oversees the operation and administration of digital wallets, safeguarding crypto assets while balancing operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and administer hot, warm, and cold wallets, ensuring security, compliance, and efficiency.
- Execute and oversee cryptocurrency payments, transfers, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Rebalance wallets according to company policy and facilitate cross-chain transactions between blockchain protocols.
- Reconcile wallet balances and transactions and investigate discrepancies.
- Develop and maintain wallet operations procedures and policies.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and security best practices; liaise with auditors, regulators, and internal teams.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in digital asset operations, custody, or crypto wallet management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of blockchain, smart contracts, and DeFi/Web3 projects.
- Hands-on wallet operations experience involving custody, hot/warm/cold wallets, multi-signature, MPC, or exchanges.
- Strong knowledge of crypto security protocols and best practices.
- Professional fluency in English is required; Mandarin Chinese is preferred but not mandatory.
Schedule
- Work five days per week, including Saturdays and Sundays, with three working days between Monday and Friday and two weekdays off.
