Job Responsibilities
- Based on business goals and models, establish a comprehensive, accurate, and objective indicator system and monitoring and analysis framework.
- Understand the overall business situation and locate business issues using the monitoring and analysis framework.
- Through thematic analysis, conduct in-depth analysis of business issues and provide data support and decision-making basis for operational decisions, marketing strategies, and product directions.
- Precipitate analysis methods and monitoring frameworks, extract data product requirements, and collaborate with development and product teams to land data products.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to organize training and sharing of data technology concepts, skills, methods, and tools.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, mathematics, information technology, or economics, with 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in digital currency, internet, and e-commerce is preferred.
- Good logical analysis ability and data sensitivity, able to extract core results from massive data.
- Proficient in data extraction tools such as SQL, and in operating tools such as Excel, PPT, and Tableau.
- Strong logical thinking and outstanding language expression, able to independently write business data analysis reports.
- Good business knowledge and understanding of business mechanisms and models.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills with cross-functional and cross-team project experience.
- Fluent English skills.
- Strong adaptability and time management skills in a fast-paced work environment.
