Drive market promotion and business rollout of real-world asset (RWA) products through traditional finance channels.
The role works with brokerages, asset managers, and other institutional clients to grow RWA product partnerships and adoption.
Core responsibilities
- Establish and maintain partnerships with traditional brokerages, asset management firms, and other institutional clients.
- Drive RWA products into institutional clients’ recommendation systems.
- Develop channel-promotion strategies informed by institutions’ client structures, compliance requirements, and product preferences.
- Plan and execute roadshows, co-branded events, and institutional-focused sessions.
- Coordinate asset, business development, compliance, marketing, and regional teams to execute initiatives.
- Manage partnership proposals, execution, follow-up, performance reviews, and ongoing relationships.
- Track acquisition volume, conversion, AUM contribution, and institutional engagement; optimize channel strategy.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience; traditional brokerage, bank, or asset management firm experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with bonds, funds, structured products, REITs, and institutional client decision-making.
- Understanding of basic RWA concepts and leading projects such as Ondo, Maple, or Centrifuge; able to explain on-chain asset logic to traditional finance audiences.
- Strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills for independent communication with overseas institutions and cross-regional teams.
- Strong execution ability and ability to drive multiple channel initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
