Senior Software Engineer - Salesforce Primary Cloud

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and the Lightning framework.
• Configure and enhance Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience or Community Cloud features to meet business needs.
• Develop flexible, reusable user interface components with Lightning Web Components.
• Implement business logic with Apex triggers, classes, batch processes, and scheduled jobs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST and SOAP API connections.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot defects, and optimize performance.
• Ensure security, scalability, and governor-limit management best practices.
• Support deployments, release management, and post-launch issue resolution.
• Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies and DevOps-related workflows.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in production environments.
• Solid background with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud or Community Cloud.
• Strong command of Apex, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Deep familiarity with Lightning Web Components.
• Proven ability using Lightning App Builder and other declarative tools.
• Understanding of the Salesforce security model, including Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets.
• Experience integrating systems through REST and SOAP protocols.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices.
• Strong communication skills and effective stakeholder engagement.
