Senior AI Engineer

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents using Azure AI Foundry, OpenClaw, Microsoft Agent Framework, Databricks components, and custom frameworks.
• Build scalable multi-agent workflows and pipelines with error handling, observability, and fallback strategies.
• Extend OpenClaw as a multi-channel assistant runtime, with custom skills, messaging integrations, gateway configuration, and agent routing.
• Implement skills/tools, memory management, context persistence, and handoff protocols.
• Deploy RAG knowledge systems using Azure AI Search and open-source vector stores.
• Integrate with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and external services using connectors and custom APIs.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of software development experience, including 3+ years building AI or agent-based systems.
• Hands-on Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI services experience.
• Multi-agent framework experience, such as Microsoft Agent Framework, Databricks, LangChain, LangGraph, or equivalents.
• OpenClaw experience covering skill development, session routing, and channel integrations.
• Experience with RAG architectures, knowledge grounding, and retrieval optimization.
• Strong LLM system design and instruction architecture, including system messages, few-shot structuring, chain-of-thought patterns, and behavioral guardrails.
• Proficiency with Power Platform, Microsoft 365 integrations, APIs (REST/Graph), CLI tooling, MCP, and data pipeline integration.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and MLOps/LLMOps.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Nice to have

• Healthcare data standards, interoperability protocols, and clinical or operational healthcare AI experience are advantageous.
• Knowledge of Middle East healthcare regulations and experience deploying enterprise AI at scale are advantageous.
