Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI Copilots and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI services.
• Implement conversational and task-oriented healthcare workflows for patient data retrieval, report summarization, and administrative automation.
• Integrate Copilot capabilities with Power Platform, Microsoft 365, and external APIs.
• Collaborate with data and product teams to define intents, entities, and business-aligned workflows.
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent workflows using Microsoft Agent Framework, LangChain, and related frameworks.
• Optimize agent performance, accuracy, and compliance with data privacy and security standards.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of Copilot solutions.
• Use text data and Python as part of AI Foundry development.

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience, including at least 1 year of hands-on experience building with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
• Strong proficiency with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents, and Azure Cognitive Services.
• Experience integrating AI chat solutions into Microsoft 365, Teams, or custom web applications.
• Expertise in prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and knowledge grounding techniques.
• Experience implementing RAG architectures using Azure AI Search, vector databases, and embedding models.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, Graph API, and data connectors.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with LangChain or a similar LLM orchestration framework.
• Nice to have: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or Azure AI Engineer Associate.
• Nice to have: Copilot Studio custom plugins and Power Fx scripting.
• Nice to have: healthcare technology or regulated-environment background.
• Nice to have: Python programming for AI Foundry and text data processing.
