  • Assess risks, feasibility, opportunities, and business impact; analyze and model processes, data flows, and technology to identify improvements.
  • Create and maintain requirements documentation and traceability from business needs through testing, scope changes, and final solution.

  • Create acceptance criteria and validate solutions against business needs.
  • Develop and present business cases to support value, approval, funding, and prioritization.
  • Plan and control project business-analysis activities within cost, time, and quality parameters; lead stakeholder management and large design sessions.

Requirements

  • Agile project experience and experience working in Agile environments.
  • Understanding of Agile frameworks and tools, and ability to educate Product Owners, business partners, and stakeholders in Agile ways of working.
  • Understanding of systems engineering concepts, data and process analysis and modeling, products, and solutions.
  • Degree and four to seven years of IT experience.
  • Agile certifications or training, CBAP or PMI-PBA certification, and Lean Practitioner training and experience are nice to have.

Benefits

  • Benefits include an employee stock purchase plan, life assurance, income protection, critical illness cover, private medical and dental care, an employee assistance program, and a group pension plan.
