Client Partner role based in Dubai, supporting regional clients in the UAE and GCC.
The position is hybrid and includes regular client site visits.
The role supports account growth and connects global delivery with local client needs.
Responsibilities
- Support senior Client Partners with ongoing relationships, account health metrics, and day-to-day client inquiries.
- Coordinate local client stakeholders with distributed delivery, engineering, and practice teams.
- Assist in preparing proposals, RFPs/RFIs, presentations, and pitch decks.
- Monitor project milestones, resource allocation, and delivery status with Delivery Managers.
- Research regional industry trends, competitors, and target accounts across UAE and GCC verticals.
- Attend client meetings, workshops, and reviews; prepare minutes, action items, and follow-up reports.
Requirements
- Three to six years of professional experience in IT services, digital consulting, business development, or client account management.
- Familiarity with the UAE and GCC business environment and technology landscape.
- Strong organization and project coordination skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced global matrix.
- Basic understanding of software engineering, cloud technologies, and digital transformation.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, marketing, economics, or a related field.
