AI Solution Architect

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Understand client business needs, assess opportunities, and define solution approaches.
• Lead design and implementation of AI-powered solutions using Azure technologies.
• Collaborate across functions to evaluate and launch digital initiatives.
• Design robust, scalable, secure architectures aligned with client requirements.
• Guide implementation teams, establish engineering best practices, and oversee delivery.
• Support project kick-off and discovery, with close client collaboration and onsite engagement when required.

Required qualifications

• Strong solution architecture experience delivering AI-powered solutions hands-on; practical experience integrating AI into enterprise applications.
• Experience with Azure technologies and data solutions, plus strong .NET experience.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, connectivity, and security.
• Understanding of on-premises environments and private cloud architectures, or strong willingness to develop expertise in these areas.
• Language-agnostic approach and confidence working with multiple programming languages and frameworks.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills; very good spoken and written English.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
