Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and sustain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and the Lightning framework.
- Enhance Sales, Service, and Experience/Community Cloud capabilities and create reusable LWC components.
- Develop business logic with Apex triggers, classes, batch processes, and scheduled jobs.
- Build REST/SOAP integrations and coordinate with Business Analysts and stakeholders on technical deliverables.
- Review code, diagnose issues, improve performance, and apply security, scalability, and governor-limit practices.
- Support deployments, release management, production issue resolution, Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and DevOps workflows.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of direct, hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Solid background with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud/Community Cloud.
- Strong Apex, triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and deep familiarity with LWC.
- Capability with Lightning App Builder and other declarative tools.
- Understanding of Salesforce security, including Profiles, Roles, Sharing Rules, and Permission Sets.
- Experience integrating systems through REST/SOAP and working knowledge of Agile/Scrum.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
