Role overview

Responsibilities

• Architect and deliver Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and the Lightning framework.
• Adapt Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud functionality to business requirements.
• Build modular, reusable user interface elements with Lightning Web Components.
• Implement business logic through Apex triggers, classes, batch processes, and scheduled jobs.
• Connect Salesforce to third-party systems using REST and SOAP integrations.
• Convert stakeholder needs into working technical designs with business analysts.
• Review code, debug issues, and improve application performance.
• Maintain security, scalability, and governor limit management standards.
• Support deployments, release management, and post-release activities.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and DevOps-related workflows.

Requirements

• Six to nine years of hands-on Salesforce development experience is required.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud or Community Cloud is required.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, triggers, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning Web Components is required.
• Experience with Lightning App Builder and declarative tools is required.
• Understanding of Salesforce profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets is required.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and Agile/Scrum practices is required.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are required.
