Senior Software Engineer

Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable enterprise software features and RESTful APIs.
• Develop SQL Server solutions, optimize queries, and improve data access performance.
• Build responsive interfaces with AngularJS, Angular, React, and modern web technologies.
• Write documented code using SOLID principles, design patterns, and automated tests.
• Resolve concurrency issues, debug complex problems, and refine features from testing and production feedback.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical documentation.
• Support the full lifecycle from requirements analysis through deployment and production support.
• Collaborate with distributed teams and identify technology or process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–8 years of professional experience building enterprise-scale software applications.
• Strong .NET and C# experience, plus modern JavaScript framework experience with AngularJS, Angular, or React.
• SQL Server, RESTful API, ASP.NET WebAPI, Kafka, unit testing, and test-driven development experience.
• Knowledge of MVC/MVVM, enterprise architecture, HTML5, CSS3, XML, JSON, Git, object-oriented programming, and SOLID principles.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Required Technical Skills

• .NET Framework, .NET Core/5+, C#, SQL Server, stored procedures, functions, views, indexes, and query optimization.
• RESTful APIs, ASP.NET WebAPI, JSON, Kafka or similar event streaming platforms, and automated testing.
• AngularJS, Angular, React, HTML5, CSS3, MVC/MVVM, enterprise architecture, Git, and SOLID principles.

Preferred Skills

• AWS services such as EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, and CloudWatch are a major plus during the infrastructure migration.
• Preferred technologies include Microsoft Fabric, Azure data platforms, Power BI, Elasticsearch, Playwright, Redis, and Microsoft Rules Engine.
• Additional advantageous experience includes microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, Entity Framework, performance profiling, healthcare technology, and HIPAA compliance.
