- Configure and support Epic ASAP and Orders modules.
- Optimize workflows and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance patient-care processes.
Mandatory skills and qualifications
- Epic ASAP and Orders configuration/support experience.
- Knowledge of emergency department and order-management workflows.
- BE degree and four to eight years of experience.
Preferred experience
- Experience with Epic ClinDoc and clinical documentation processes is preferred.
