Senior Research Associate supporting pharmaceutical analytical development and formulation R&D.
Analytical methods and testing
- Develop, optimize, and establish analytical methods for formulations and development samples.
- Perform testing using HPLC, UV-Visible spectrophotometry, dissolution, and other relevant instruments; troubleshoot for accurate, precise, reproducible results.
- Support stability-indicating method development.
- Execute validation, verification, and transfer; assess specificity, linearity, accuracy, precision, robustness, and solution stability.
- Prepare and review analytical protocols, reports, specifications, test methods, and supporting documents.
Formulation and laboratory support
- Support formulation R&D trials, optimization batches, and characterization studies in coordination with formulation scientists.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot instruments; coordinate utilization, calibration, and qualification.
- Maintain laboratory housekeeping and safety and follow standard operating procedures.
Data, investigations, and collaboration
- Maintain accurate analytical data and records with data integrity and traceability.
- Support OOS, OOT, and deviation investigations, root-cause identification, and corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with R&D, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs; support regulatory submissions with analytical data and documentation.
- Guide junior team members, share technical knowledge, and participate in training and continuous improvement.
Compliance and deliverables
- Follow Good Laboratory Practices, Good Documentation Practices, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Deliver analytical methods, validation activities, reliable results, compliant documentation, and timely formulation project support.
