Sales and Territory Development
- Achieve and surpass assigned territory sales budgets and yearly performance milestones.
- Promote products to generate prescription demand and secondary sales; book orders to maintain adequate stock.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies, identify potential markets and customers, expand the doctor base, and enhance prescription share.
Healthcare Professional Coverage
- Maintain a doctor call average of 10+1 per day and at least 95% monthly call-report coverage.
- Make at least five chemist calls per day and build relationships with doctors, consultants, and retail chemists.
Distribution and Promotion
- Manage stockists and C&F agents to support supply, availability, stock movement, and expiry management.
- Organize symposiums, seminars, and doctors’ group meetings, and participate in company meetings.
- Use promotional materials effectively.
Reporting and Compliance
- Plan daily work and submit Daily Work Plans and Daily Call Reports through the PHYZII reporting tool.
- Provide structured feedback on company and competitor products and submit expense statements on time.
- Follow company policies and ethical promotion standards.
