Full-time Senior Quantity Surveyor role with DMTC in Abu Dhabi.
Leads quantity surveying and commercial activities on construction and infrastructure projects, supporting cost control and project profitability.

Cost management and estimating
- Manage project budgets, cost plans, cash flow forecasts, commercial reports, expenditure, commitments, variations, and forecast final costs.
- Measure and value project activities; identify commercial risks, potential overruns, and cost optimization opportunities.
- Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity take-offs, and estimates based on drawings, specifications, tenders, and contract requirements.
- Review infrastructure quantities and evaluate tender pricing, rates, resource requirements, and subcontractor quotations.
Contracts, payments, and procurement
- Administer contract conditions, payment terms, measurement rules, and variation procedures.
- Prepare and negotiate variations, claims, additional works, applicable time-related cost submissions, and supporting records.
- Prepare interim payment applications, verify completed work, track payments, and review subcontractor applications.
- Negotiate and finalize client and subcontractor final accounts; evaluate commercial quotations and monitor subcontract costs.
- Prepare commercial reports, cost-value reconciliations, forecasts, and records of BOQs, measurements, claims, certificates, and correspondence.
Qualifications and experience
- The posting prefers 7–10 years of relevant experience in construction, civil infrastructure, or contracting.
- Extensive UAE construction and infrastructure contracting experience and strong contractual knowledge are sought.
- The role requires coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, project managers, and senior management.
