Role overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment allocation, mobilization, demobilization, and transfers across project sites; monitor availability, deployment, operating hours, and utilization.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, drivers, operators, transport personnel, and workshops; follow up on servicing, preventive maintenance, breakdowns, and repairs.
• Maintain equipment movement, utilization, timesheet, fuel, maintenance, and repair-cost records; monitor vehicle registration, insurance, permits, and inspection certificates.
• Coordinate heavy-equipment transport to sites and procurement or workshop support for parts, repairs, and rentals.
• Monitor fuel, equipment performance, and expenses; report discrepancies and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Align deployment with project priorities and support compliance with company procedures, project requirements, and UAE safety and transport regulations.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in PMV coordination, plant and equipment management, fleet coordination, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of construction heavy equipment, including excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, graders, rollers, dump trucks, and trailers.
• Experience coordinating deployment, maintenance, workshop activities, and vehicle documentation; knowledge of utilization, fuel monitoring, timesheets, asset registers, and maintenance records.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and equipment or fleet management systems; strong organizational, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, earthworks, or transportation experience is preferred.
• A diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Logistics, or a related field is advantageous; UAE-based candidates with relevant construction experience are preferred.

Pay

• The description states pay of AED 1.00 per month.
