Desert Man Transporting and Contracting seeks an experienced HR Typist in Abu Dhabi.
The role requires strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, MOHRE procedures, and HR-related government transactions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR documents.
- Handle MOHRE work permits, labor contracts, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
- Process employee visa documentation and coordinate with government authorities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and applicable government regulations.
- Assist with onboarding and HR administrative documentation.
- Follow up on pending applications and resolve documentation issues.
- Protect the confidentiality of employee and company records.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant HR Typist experience in the UAE.
- Hands-on experience with MOHRE systems and transactions.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws, employment procedures, work permits, labor contracts, renewals, and cancellations.
- Familiarity with UAE government portals and visa-related procedures.
- Computer skills, typing accuracy, document management, organization, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Salary and benefits
- Monthly salary is AED 4,000–6,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Additional benefits are provided according to UAE labor law and company policy.
Work location
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi.
