Project and programme delivery
- Manage strategic projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans; align objectives with organizational strategy and PMO priorities.
- Coordinate business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and vendor teams; manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
PMO governance and controls
- Ensure projects follow PMO methodologies, governance standards, and delivery frameworks.
- Prepare business cases, project charters, steering committee packs, status reports, RAID logs, and closure reports; support stage-gate reviews and approvals.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and regulatory expectations; improve PMO processes, templates, and delivery standards.
Portfolio, finance, and stakeholders
- Report portfolio progress, risks, budget utilization, resource capacity, performance indicators, and delivery metrics.
- Prepare executive dashboards and presentations; support portfolio prioritization and demand management.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, financial tracking, and benefit realization; monitor resource allocation and capacity across initiatives.
- Support vendor management, contract oversight, and third-party delivery governance where applicable.
- Build stakeholder relationships, facilitate workshops and governance meetings, communicate status and recommendations, and advise sponsors and senior stakeholders.
