Lead a high-visibility Master Data Management platform migration from STIBO STEP to Syndigo.
Oversee cross-functional program delivery, align roadmaps with business objectives, and coordinate multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Own program scope, strategic roadmaps, milestones, governance, and delivery from discovery through production deployment.
- Coordinate Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, Architects, and Product Owners across distributed teams.
- Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, milestones, budgets, resource utilization, and delivery metrics.
- Facilitate executive governance reviews and maintain communication with business and technical leaders.
- Manage program risks, dependencies, blockers, and resource constraints.
- Oversee release readiness, quality, issue resolution, user adoption, and post-go-live stabilization.
Requirements
- Extensive experience managing large-scale technology programs and transformations in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Direct MDM platform experience; Syndigo or STIBO experience is preferred.
- Retail product flow, pricing, promotions, or digital commerce expertise is highly preferred.
- Expertise in project planning, financial management, estimation, and delivery governance for enterprise applications and cloud solutions.
- Experience leading distributed cross-functional teams and managing data integration, QA, and automation workstreams.
- Ability to manage executive stakeholders, organizational complexity, and high-stakes escalations.
- Hands-on expertise with Jira, Azure DevOps, and modern reporting suites.
