The Senior Process Associate is responsible for accurate, timely delivery of client output and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Process delivery and quality
- Apply knowledge of real estate titles, deeds, maps, property formats, search processes, and assigned county recording formats.
- Understand the reports and products available for the assigned project.
- Meet turnaround time, accuracy, service-level agreement, and operational metrics.
- Follow information security policies and procedures, including the Acceptable Use Policy.
- Drive quality and timeliness metrics with regard to process complexity and criticality.
- Support operational excellence through process improvements and automation.
- Troubleshoot team issues with Quality Controllers and provide information needed to complete the process.
- Communicate effectively and promptly with the line manager.
Desired qualifications and experience
- At least one year of industry experience.
- Any undergraduate degree or diploma.
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
- Good knowledge of English and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new processes, concepts, and skills and take ownership of responsibilities.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
