Competencies and Duties
- Understand real estate title, deeds, maps, and property formats.
- Relate domain knowledge to the assigned search process.
- Key data inputs according to the recording format of the assigned county.
- Understand reports and products available for the assigned project.
- Communicate effectively and promptly with the concerned line manager.
- Meet turnaround time, accuracy, service-level agreement, and operations metrics.
- Follow information security policies and procedures.
Desired Qualification and Experience
- Freshers or candidates with one year of experience.
- Any undergraduate degree or diploma.
- Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
