Responsibilities
- Execute process strategy and roadmap; act as subject matter expert and governance lead for assigned domains.
- Lead redesign and reengineering of workflows across multiple business units and geographies, aligning efforts with business strategy.
- Translate operational and regulatory needs into workflow, system, automation, and integration solutions.
- Use production data, operational metrics, benchmarking, and root-cause methods to guide improvements and decisions.
- Govern process maps, SOPs, controls, and frameworks to support consistency, scalability, audit readiness, and compliance.
- Lead governance forums, drive enterprise adoption, mentor process owners, and champion automation and emerging technology.
- Shape initiatives involving title production systems, workflow orchestration, and digital process enablement.
Required experience
- 12+ years of progressive experience within the functional area, including demonstrated leadership of enterprise-scale processes.
