Responsibilities
- Define process requirements, research alternatives, prepare presentations, build consensus, test solutions, and implement solutions for business needs.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements and develop customized solutions or alternatives.
- Provide implementation training and, when needed, formal training and direct customer support.
- Document business processes, training procedures, and standard operating procedures with business partners and subject-matter experts.
- Generate reports, analyze data, and communicate trends to management and business partners.
- Oversee projects or coordinate as a liaison with government entities, vendors, corporations, and company divisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2–5 years of directly related experience.
- Analytical and root-cause problem-solving ability; ability to interview stakeholders and probe for deeper understanding.
- Data management skills and basic knowledge of business, production, or operations environments and cost-benefit considerations.
- Good written and oral communication, presentation skills, and a standard Microsoft Office skill set.
Compensation
- Advertised base pay range is $73,900–$98,500 annually; actual pay may depend on job-related factors and geographic location.
