Deliver accurate, timely client outputs and follow company policies and procedures.
The role requires an understanding of real estate title, deeds, maps, property formats, and property-data processes.
Responsibilities
- Understand the domain and apply it to the search process.
- Key data using the assigned county's recording format.
- Understand project reports and products.
- Communicate promptly with the line manager.
- Meet turnaround-time and accuracy targets under service-level agreements and operational metrics.
- Follow information security policies, including the acceptable use policy.
- Drive quality and time metrics according to process complexity and criticality.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Troubleshoot team issues and provide information to complete processes with Quality Controller support.
Qualifications and experience
- At least one year of industry experience.
- Any undergraduate degree or diploma.
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
- Good knowledge of English and good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Adaptability to learn processes, concepts, and skills; quick learning and ownership.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
