Experienced Senior PMO Manager sought for a 14-month contract in Riyadh.

Responsibilities
- Lead PMO operations, standards, and processes; establish governance frameworks, methodologies, tools, and reporting requirements.
- Oversee project and portfolio plans, schedules, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
- Align priorities with business objectives and report performance, forecasts, risks, issues, and decisions to stakeholders.
- Identify delivery challenges, support corrective action, escalate issues, and allocate resources across projects.
- Maintain documentation, controls, quality, and change management; lead and coach PMO team members.
- Evaluate outcomes, capture lessons learned, and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
- At least eight years of relevant project, program, portfolio, or PMO management experience.
- Strong written and verbal English; proven PMO leadership and experience implementing governance, controls, and reporting frameworks.
- Experience overseeing multiple projects or programs and coordinating senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Knowledge of planning, budgeting, resource management, risk management, and change control.
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; attention to detail and professional conduct.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project requirements.
