Responsibilities
- Promote and sell skincare products to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and explain product features, benefits, and prices.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall sales performance.
- Build customer relationships, provide service, and handle inquiries and objections professionally.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities; track daily sales and customer interactions.
- Support promotional campaigns and in-store activations.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in skincare and sales is required.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills; a sales-driven, target-focused mindset.
- Confident, energetic, customer-oriented approach, professional appearance, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of skincare products and customer needs.
- Ability to work six days per week, including weekends when required.
- English proficiency is preferred; Arabic is an advantage.
- Valid work authorization in Saudi Arabia is required.
Schedule and duration
- The contract duration is three to six months.
- The schedule is six days per week.
