YAX is hiring a Head of Productions and Operations for major events, exhibitions, brand activations, and complex temporary builds.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Technical Production, Event Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience delivering live events, exhibitions, brand activations, and complex temporary builds.
- At least five years in a senior production or operations leadership role, managing teams and multiple projects at once.
- Proven Saudi Arabia project experience and strong knowledge of local suppliers, venues, and approval processes.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication, materials, staging, audiovisual systems, logistics, and onsite execution.
- Ability to manage budgets, BOQs, resource plans, safety risks, and tight deadlines.
- Ability to read technical and CAD drawings, with proficiency in Excel and project scheduling tools.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills, decisive leadership, and calm problem-solving under pressure.
