Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain master project schedules, milestones, and delivery plans.
- Monitor progress, deadlines, dependencies, and critical paths.
- Manage project registers, documentation, and reporting processes.
- Oversee change control and record project updates.
- Coordinate with project managers and teams to track deliverables.
- Identify risks, delays, and issues, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Prepare progress reports and update senior management regularly.
- Keep project documentation accurate, organized, and current.
- Support readiness reviews and monitor milestones through the event lifecycle.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant project management or PMO experience.
- Experience across at least 2 live event seasons.
- Experience supporting large-scale events or complex projects.
- Strong knowledge of programme controls, scheduling, and project reporting.
- Proficiency with master schedules, project registers, change control, and document control.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
