Job details

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant purchasing experience, including events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, or project-based production.
- At least 3 years managing purchasing activities or a procurement team.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi supplier market and a proven network of event, fabrication, and technical service providers.
- Ability to interpret BOQs and material specifications and accurately compare supplier offers.
- Strong negotiation, cost analysis, and contract coordination skills; proficiency in Excel and purchasing or ERP systems.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills.
- Ability to manage several urgent project requirements at once.

- Lead purchasing work for major events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
- Manage purchasing activity or a procurement team, coordinate supplier offers, and support project purchasing needs.
