Responsibilities
- Promote and sell products; approach customers, identify needs, and recommend suitable offerings.
- Explain product features, benefits, prices, and offers; achieve sales targets, generate leads, and convert prospects.
- Build customer relationships, handle inquiries and objections, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Track sales, customer interactions, and performance; support campaigns, promotions, activations, and marketing events.
- Maintain product knowledge and collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, with a sales-driven focus on targets.
- Ability to approach customers, build relationships, solve problems, and handle objections.
- Professional appearance, interpersonal skills, organization, and attention to detail.
- Flexible hours, including weekends and public events; valid work authorization in Saudi Arabia is required.
- Previous sales, retail, promotions, or customer service experience is preferred.
- English proficiency is preferred; Arabic is an advantage.
